Beyond the most beautiful flowers I have ever gotten delivered. They were able to deliver same day expedited! I ordered flowers at 3pm and they were delivered by 6pm! Very nice and courteous customer service as well! 10/10! Very very happy customer that will return!

I had been looking for a place to buy the bouquet of flowers that my wife deserves. And the bouquet that was delivered to my wife literally brought her to tears. They were absolutely phenomenal. I am so thankful and will certainly be purchasing from them at least every month. Thank you so much!

My brother contacted this florist on June 30 to place an order for a rose bouquet to be delivered in person to his wife on July 1. I assisted him with the payment process so we could keep the delivery a surprise for my sister-in-law. Initially, everything appeared to be handled professionally. The requested services, pricing, and floral arrangement met our expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than delivering the bouquet directly to the recipient, the delivery person left it on the ground outside the gate and drove away. There was a working doorbell that could have been used to notify someone at the residence, allowing the bouquet to be handed to the intended recipient. Instead, the delivery was abandoned outside without any attempt to make proper contact. This level of service was highly unprofessional and did not reflect the quality we expected when paying for a personal flower delivery. A special gift intended to create a meaningful surprise was handled carelessly, which significantly diminished the experience. Based on this experience, we will not be using this florist's services again, and I cannot recommend them to others.

Lovely Flowers in Dallas is a hidden gem! The customer service is terrific and they really help with all of your floral needs. Ordering is easy online or through text. But the best part of lovely flowers is their customer service, my brother had to pick up flowers, dressed as a full ballerina as part of our fantasy football league. They were super helpful and even leaned in and help make the whole thing wonderful! If you need amazing flowers, top-notch customer service you can’t beat lovely flowers! They told us they were going to post pics of Mitch the Ballerina on their social media and have asked him to come back again. I hope they do request another visit, as Mitch still has a few more deliveries to do. 5 stars to the team at Lovely Flowers Dallas

I am beyond impressed with this floral shop. Great communication, excellent customer service, punctuality on check, and extremely talented with creativity. I order flowers for my best friend every year and I have finally found my favorite floral shop in Houston no need to search elsewhere. So if you’re wondering if you should order from here or not. Just do it. You won’t regret it!
